If you've read my blog from the beginning you would know I am a huge Caitie Quinn/Bria Quinlan fan. She knows how to write stories that not only make me laugh, but they touch the heart. I have reread all of her books many times and they are perfect when I need that little boost to remind me that love and life, while not always perfect, is still sweet. Check out the blurb of Caitie's newest release, Worth the Fall.
Understatement.
Her idea of success never involved losing her job, man, and apartment in 24-hours. Now, with nowhere to go and no way to pay for it anyway, Kasey decides it’s time for a fresh start, which means a new apartment, a new career, and…no men.
But as a magnet for ridiculousness and absurd brushes with the law, her start goes from fresh to stale in record time. It doesn’t help that Mr. Wrong keeps showing up during her adventures gone awry and taking over. Now, as Kasey plans her way to independence she has to decide if the only path to success is going it alone...or if maybe a partner in crime can make the journey sweeter.
If there was ever a character that I felt I could relate to it would be Kasey Lane in Caitie Quinn's newest release, Worth the Fall. Just like Kasey, Murphy's Law sometimes applies to my life and situations I found myself involved in. Kasey's luck quickly changes though because in Worth the Fall she has the gorgeous Max to catch her when she falls. Max is a hunky cop, an all around nice guy and is that dream guy that we love to swoon over. I will admit that he was quickly added to my list of book boyfriends. I have read all the books in this series and Worth the Fall has been my favorite. It was tough to top Ben and Jenna from It's in His Kiss, but Caitie did it with this fantastic cast of characters that include my faves Ben and Jenna. Caitie Quinn is awesome at writing quirky characters that we all can relate to and those characters become dear to our hearts. If you're looking for a laugh-out-loud-swoon-worthy romance, Worth the Fall is perfect!! Check it out!!
